Add support for the following drivers:
ASTUSB, DPF, EFN, FutabaVFD, FW8888,
mda166a, SamsungSPF (broken), TeakLCM
Refresh patches and drop 120-remove_parport_outb.patch
which was fixed upstream.

* move all original package customization to a -custom pakage, DEVEL only
* enable all (not broken) drivers & plugins in a -full package (closes: #7958, #9096)
* ship upstream config file, defaulting to the "Image" driver
* use new service functions in initscript

- lcd4linux needs at least 1 driver & 1 plugin enabled, assume all drivers & plugins are wanted when none are selected
- since enabling all plugins prevents lcd4linux from building, enable only the NULL driver until we can figure something better
- bump release number
