40f860052d XOrg fonts now only generate codepages, that we actually need

917deaf4cb added the initial version of the XOrg support. still lots of cleaning up that needs to be done and fonts do not install they way they should, but it as stable as can be expected for a first commit. I can run a xterm inside a fluxbox
