57175134ac libdbi-drivers: pass our CFLAGS 
The configure script would always force some CFLAGS based on what it detected
remove that as it is completely bogus.

272267c9bc libs: add libdbi-drivers 
As requested, resubmitted patch to add libdbi-drivers support for mysql,
postgresql, sqlite and sqlite3 for the libdbi framework.

[florian: fixup TARGET_LDFLAGS to it find libmysqlclient]
