jmccrohan 5949a2e0ea package/lcd4linux: update to r1187 ...

Add support for the following drivers:
ASTUSB, DPF, EFN, FutabaVFD, FW8888,
mda166a, SamsungSPF (broken), TeakLCM

Refresh patches and drop 120-remove_parport_outb.patch
which was fixed upstream.
