marek 77363e6365 batman-adv: upgrade package to latest release 2013.1.0 & batman-adv script removal ...

With the netifd integration the batman-adv script broke. This script
can safely be removed because '/etc/init.d/network' reloads the
batman-adv interfaces as well (thanks to netifd).
