lars d8275e6bcf Update dbus to 1.2.12. ...

Restructure the dbus packages:
    Add libdbus which only contains the shared objects.
    Move some required tools from dbus-tools to dbus.
    Add dbus-x Makefile which provides dbus-launch-x which is a version of
    dbus-launcher with builtin x support which is required by some applications.
    A simple wrapper script is used to run dbus-launch-x instead of dbus-launch
    without x support if dbus-launch-x is installed.
